 Need a new ”chicken sumthin”…Try this
 
Chicken on the crock pot

3 frozen, skinless boneless chicken breasts
16 oz fat free sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup flour to thicken
lemon juice and poppy seeds
