HELP: Woman in Shelter in Gallatin Needs Help. She needs her spare tire put on her car. She is a great great great woman and would love for a person to step up and help me on this. I am just not strong enough in the muscles. Needs by Satuday if Possible.

It’s hard to make the time to come in for a whole day to do a service project, and it is also hard to donate “stuff” or money for a project too in this economy, so I was hoping some groups would consider doing something in-between.

The Sandals Foundation is doing a book drive to put books in libraries in Jamaica and Turks and Caicos to promote literacy across the Caribbean. Please donate new or gently used children’s books. I left my house this morning and went to a new shelter for a service project. I prayed for God to Provide according to His Plan and again I am BLOWN AWAY. I asked for a team to come up to give me 90 minutes of their time to clean and instead I got BLESSED! [...]

This Tuesday, if you can help clean the Walnut Crest Shelter meet us at the Upper Parking Lot of LHBC at 9:00. It is about 10 minutes away from that location. Praying for at least 5 people but 10 would be PERFECT!! Estimated time is 90 minutes.
